The app and website we use has many different names for the same functions- whether you have Go Motion, Sports Engine, Team Unify, or On Deck- your account page looks the same. Below you will find instructions for the browser site and app to complete different tasks. If you are still having trouble- find a friend who has got it at practice or email [email protected] and we can help you out. 

Declare for Meet- please complete by Sunday prior to each Wednesday meet for swim

Browser: go to piedmontpool.com and choose the circle icon that likely says "no photo" --> select my account -->choose events and jobs in the side bar--> choose swim and dive team events --> select edit commitment for the meet you wish to respond to--> update each swimmer as attending or not--> please email [email protected] with any notes needed for meet entries

App: choose events and jobs in the side bar--> select events and meet entries--> select RSVP for meet you wish to respond to--> edit each swimmer to declare them yes or no for the meet--> no notes are needed here- please email [email protected] if you have something specific a coach needs to know for the meet entry.

Change Shirt Sizes

Browser: go to piedmontpool.com and choose the circle icon that likely says "no photo" --> select my account --> choose my account again in the side bar --> select the members tab --> select each swimmer or diver and scroll down to shirt size where you can select the size your child needs.

App: choose my account in the side bar --> select the members tab --> select each swimmer or diver and scroll sideways to the apparel tab where y ou can select the size your child needs

Sign Up to Volunteer

Browser: go to piedmontpool.com and choose the circle icon that likely says "no photo" --> select my account -->choose events and jobs in the side bar--> select the event you want to volunteer for and choose a job you want to do-->  enter self or the other name of the person doing the job on that date 

App: choose events and jobs in the side bar--> select job sign up--> select the event you want to volunteer for and choose a job you want to do--> enter self or the other name of the person doing the job on that date
